Heading out of the aid station. I just chugged a bottle of Ensure. Reenergized after seeing Tamara, Kim, Josh, Ryan, Kelsey and Nick. Just finished my first 50k ultramarathon. Only 20 miles to go! Now, time to run up the side of a mountain for the next 2 miles. Yikes. (Apologies to whoever was in front of me for the butt shot)
